The Country Park

Inverawe Country Park offers a delightful place to get away from it all.
Completely unspoilt, with an abundance of both flora and birds you can just walk through woodlands and parkland. Enjoy walking down on the rivers edge, or walk down to Loch Etive and enjoy all the seabirds.

Nature Trail & Walks
Enjoy the freedom of walking through the woods, parkland, down by the river and along Loch Etive side. There is wildlife everywhere. The tranquillity and peace of the area makes an ideal habitat for over 100 different species of birds. Spot the Red and Roe deer, both of which are frequent visitors to woods and hills.

All walks, nature trails, picnic areas, wildlife sanctuary are FREE. The children can have fun feeding the fish in the stock pond, following the nature trail, finding the hideaways and in the playground. A map of the walks and childs' eye-spy leaflet are available at the shop or tearoom.. Dogs are welcome but please keep them on leads when there are sheep around. Remember, keep the country code and close all the gates behind you and have fun!

Inverawe Tearoom
The Inverawe tearoom, with its spectacular panoramic view over Glen Lonan and the river, just has to be the best place to try out something fabulous from our own range of smoked goodies to a selection of fine trdaditional home baking. It is a superb place to test the old saying - "the proof of the pudding is in the eating!" It is all delicious.

Our Inverawe gourmet shop has a complete range of Inverawe smoked foods along with the very best of other connoisseur Scottish products. In addition there is a extensive array of cookery books, kitchen gadgets and home smokers that will give hours of pleasure. The children's section of wooden toys and puzzles will keep them busy for

Smokery Exhibition
Visit the smokery to see how Inverawe salmon is smoked you can watch the whole production through the viewing windows. Enjoy the exhibition with its complete pictorial view of the smoking process and marvel over the moving models. The exhibition is for all ages, great fun and very informative.
